## Description

The Enhanced Client Verification Team is seeking a Senior Specialist in Software Development and Engineering to work within a dynamic Agile Scrum Team. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and high-performance Java-based web services that support business-critical integration projects., * Implementation of new features ensuring they align with best practices, Schwab standards, and project goals.

 * Writing well-designed, clean, maintainable, testable, efficient code using the Springboot framework.
 * Optimizing existing systems for performance, scalability, resiliency, and security.
 * Collaborating with various cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
 * Analyzing and investigating problems with software solutions and documenting the results of their investigations.
 * Performing maintenance of software and correcting defects identified during the maintenance process.
 * Mentoring junior developers by sharing knowledge and providing technical guidance.
 * Conducting code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure quality deliverables.
 * Staying up to date with emerging technologies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
