* Abgeschlossene IT- Ausbildung (HTL, IT-Systemtechnikerlehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
 * Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Client-Systemen (Windows, Microsoft Office)

## Description

* Unterstützung unserer Anwender:innen bei Software- und Hardwareproblemen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung unserer Client-Infrastruktur inklusive der zugehöriger Peripheriegeräte und Software
 * Mitwirkung bei Neueinführungen, Releasewechseln sowie Systemerweiterungen im Krankenhausumgebung
 * Schnittstelle zum 2nd Level Support und eigenständige Betreuung der Anfragen bis zur Lösung
 * Aktive Unterstützung und Entlastung des bestehenden Teams, IT-Architektur, Systemintegration und Prozessoptimierung sind - gemeinsam mit medizinischer Expertise - essenzielle Bausteine einer modernen Gesundheitsversorgung. Ein reibungsloser Betrieb in den Fachbereichen sowie eine krankenhausübergreifende Kommunikation erfordern leistungsstarke IT-Systeme mit hoher Verfügbarkeit.

Von der Patientenbetreuung über die Administration bis hin zur Logistik - digitale Systeme gewährleisten eine optimale Gesundheitsversorgung. Sie sorgen unter anderem für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Diagnose, Therapie und der medizinischen Dokumentation. Modernste Technologien und zahlreiche Innovationen wie KI, Big Data, Robotik verbessern Prozesse in Administration, Logistik und Management.
