 * Extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using CP4BA IBM Business Automation Workflow (previously IBM Business Process Manager).

 * IBM BAW/BPM Proficiency

 * Process Modeling

 * Proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0), including Business Process Diagrams (BPD), routing, loops, and gateways.

 * User Interface Development

 * Skills in building user interfaces using Coaches and Coach Views, and knowledge of related technologies like CSS and JavaScript.

 * Integration

 * Experience with integration services, including using web services (REST/SOAP APIs), XML, JSON, and AJAX to connect with external systems.

 * Data Management

 * Strong understanding of database concepts, data structures, and SQL syntax.

 * Cloud-Native & DevOps

 * Experience in deploying and managing applications in containerized environments, specifically Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.

 * Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Jenkins).

 * Experience with Case Management and Decision Services within IBM CP4BA BAW environments.

 * BAW performance tuning or troubleshooting
