Your primary goal will be to ensure that our CRM instance is configured, customized, and optimized to meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders, drive operational efficiency, and enhance overall system performance. This role requires a strong understanding of advanced Salesforce functionality, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and various stakeholders.
