Our mobile platform is becoming a core part of the expert experience-from discovering projects and completing onboarding to collaborating with AI-powered workflows. You'll work closely with Product, Design, AI, and Backend Engineering to build intuitive, reliable, and high-performance native iOS experiences that directly improve expert engagement, retention, and satisfaction. You'll join a small, fast-moving engineering team with significant ownership. From your first week, you'll ship production code, contribute to technical decisions, and work directly with product leaders to shape the roadmap. This is an opportunity to help establish Mercor's US mobile engineering capability while building products used every day by thousands of AI experts.
