Technical Skills * Strong understanding of ERP platforms and business-critical enterprise applications. * Experience working with multiple ERP ecosystems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar enterprise platforms. * Knowledge of enterprise application architecture, integrations, middleware, interfaces, and data flows. * Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including implementation, upgrades, support, maintenance, and retirement activities. * Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL), including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Availability, and Service Level Management. * Experience with governance, audit controls, compliance frameworks, certification processes, and IT General Controls (ITGC). * Understanding of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability management, patch management, identity and access management, and data privacy requirements. * Knowledge of Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), High Availability (HA), and operational resilience practices. This role is responsible for ensuring the ongoing stability, security, compliance, availability, and lifecycle management of complex enterprise ERP environments. The ideal candidate will bring experience working with one or more large-scale ERP platforms and understand how ERP systems integrate across functions such as manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and enterprise operations. While deep expertise in any single ERP solution is not required, successful candidates will possess strong platform governance, service management, stakeholder leadership, and operational management experience within large enterprise environments.
