In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work independently on a variety of Enterprise Solutions & Services initiatives, including technology, security and compliance efforts that impact multiple business units or the entire Duke Energy enterprise. What You'll Do: * Change: Partner with leaders and stakeholders to drive adoption of initiatives across Duke Energy. * Problem Solve: Support change management methodology and deliverables by identifying problems, developing solutions and taking actions to resolve them. * Innovate: Adapt change management approaches to meet the unique needs of each initiative, team and audience. * Create: Whether it's communications, presentations or other change deliverables, bring that creative energy to the table and think outside the box.
