This position is 2nd shift and supports operations and plays a key role in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support., Monitor enterprise systems and infrastructure using Zenoss as the primary tool Perform Level 1 troubleshooting across servers and network environments Support code upgrades and fast reloads behind the scenes Load code on switches using SecureCRT Maintain and support Cisco Wireless Controllers: Utilize tools such as Splunk (Snack), ServiceNow, SharePoint, Mist, and SD-WAN Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system stability and performance, Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
