The Analyst must bring a disciplined approach to data architecture and SQL development, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across platforms., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or Data Science is required. Equivalent experience may be considered for those who can demonstrate proven success as a Business Information Architect, Data Insights Analyst, or in a comparable data-focused role within the healthcare industry. * Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes required. The ideal candidate will possess: * Expertise in Power Bi Dashboard/Report Development along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and enterprise database management systems, including SQL Server. * Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes is essential. * Strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail. * Proficiency with tools such as Visual Studio, MS SQL, NoSQL technologies, and Spark. * Knowledge of HIPAA and other regulatory standards strongly preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the position requires frequent collaboration with both technical and non-technical partners across the organization. ## Description The Data Insights Analyst plays a critical role within the Data Operations team by transforming raw data into meaningful insights that guide organizational strategy and performance. This hands-on role is responsible for designing robust data structures, mining complex datasets, and supporting analytics initiatives across the organization.
