Qualification And Education: * Strong capabilities in both qualitative and quantitative risk assessment. * Demonstrated experience in performing formal root cause analyses (RCA). * Ability to interpret complex engineering data to derive actionable insights. * A systematic and effective approach to solving complex technical challenges. * A proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. * Meticulous and precise in all aspects of work, from data entry to final analysis. * A proactive mindset geared towards learning, adapting to new technologies, and continuously improving processes. ## Description * Own and deliver on a portfolio of engineering tasks focused on developing and optimizing asset maintenance strategies for various plant systems. * Acquire, validate, and meticulously input critical nuclear engineering data into our Asset Performance Management (APM) software. * Conduct comprehensive analyses of design engineering data to identify and mitigate all potential failure modes that exceed a predetermined Risk Priority Number (RPN) threshold. * Develop data-driven, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies for critical plant assets, ensuring optimal equipment health and performance. * Utilize the APM tool to optimize asset strategies across each Master Parts List (MPL), balancing total system risk against constraints such as labor hours and budgetary limits. * Champion the continuous improvement of maintenance strategies by incorporating operational feedback, performance trends, and industry best practices. * Work closely with design engineering, systems engineering, and operations teams to ensure maintenance strategies are robust, practical, and effectively implemented., ABM Industries is seeking an Electrical Field Test Technician (NETA III / IV or equivalent experience) to join our Electrical Power Services team.
