## About the Role

+ Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors Degree or it's equivalent.

 + Have experience as Technical Project/Program Manager or Transformation Leader working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

 + Have extensive experience in identifying and managing project dependencies while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestone.

 + Be comfortable navigating ambiguity, handling risks, and shifting gears as needed.

 + Be able to inspire people at all levels of the organization without formal authority.

 + Have experience with, or have the capacity to quickly learn tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Aha.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will manage the execution of technical programs and cross-functional teams in their planning, development, implementation. Providing ongoing support of their product lines and roadmaps.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

 + Leading cross-functional program teams through the formulation and execution of program plans and strategies, including detailed engineering planning, risk assessment, and technical dependency management.

 + Identifying, assessing and mitigating risks, stemming from various technical challenges, including integration points, architecture dependencies, and resource constraints that could impact timelines or program outcomes.

 + Demonstrating skills in communicating program and project statuses to all levels of the organization, from technical teams to executive stakeholders.

 + Ensuring clarity, building relationships with stakeholders, embracing agility, and collaboratively designing solutions to meet business objectives

 + Supporting the product and engineering teams, managing backlogs, resolving issues, and managing changes in the roadmap

 + Creating well-crafted messages to build consensus and/or enhance collaboration both inside and outside of the division
