* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
 * 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Systems Administration, or IT Operations.
 * Experience installing, configuring, and supporting Windows-based hardware, operating systems, and software.
 * Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure.
 * Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, networking, and user account issues.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 * Experience working with third-party vendors and technology providers is a plus.

## Description

* Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues, ensuring timely resolution of employee requests.
 * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, operating systems, software applications, printers, and other peripheral devices.
 * Monitor and support the daily operation of servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
 * Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and cybersecurity.
 * Develop, maintain, and document IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
 * Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers for support, maintenance, and implementation of IT solutions.
 * Assist with the deployment of new technologies and system upgrades that support business objectives.
 * Partner with department leaders to understand technology needs and deliver effective solutions.
 * Maintain compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and industry best practices.
 * Support IT budgeting, asset management, and technology planning initiatives.
 * Stay current on emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry developments.
 * Manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
