We do not typically sponsor H1-B or any other work visa petitions. ## Description This visionary and technically accomplished Transmission Line Practice Leader to spearhead our expanding Power Delivery division. In this senior leadership role, you will drive the strategic growth of our transmission engineering practice, oversee high-voltage (HV) and extra-high-voltage (EHV) projects, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers. You will serve as the primary technical expert and business development catalyst, cultivating high-level relationships with major electric utilities, cooperatives, and developers., * Design of Power Delivery Infrastructure systems including transmission lines, distribution lines, and substations * Market Expansion: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the utility and renewable energy sectors. * Client Management:Serve as the executive-level point of contact for key utility clients, ensuring absolute project satisfaction. * Proposal Leadership: Direct the creation of winning proposals, scope definitions, fee estimations, and contract negotiations * Lead project teams in an active production role * Lead project meetings internally and externally with clients * Preparation of conceptual and detailed calculations to support the creation of construction documents and specifications.
