This role will ensure reliable service delivery, operational stability, and compliance with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements., * 5+ years in Information Technology operations or service delivery roles * Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field * Experience in regulated environments (GxP preferred) * Experience in LabIT environments Technical Skills * Experience with ServiceNow or similar tools * Familiarity with monitoring and endpoint tools * Experience with reporting and analytics * Basic automation/scripting knowledge preferred General * Strong understanding of Information Technology operations processes (incident, problem, change, asset) * Ability to manage multiple priorities * Strong communication and analytical skills * Detail-oriented with focus on compliance Domain Knowledge * Information Technology operations lifecycle understanding * Operational controls and compliance awareness * ITIL familiarity * Asset and endpoint management knowledge * Incident and problem management experience Required Licenses & Certificates: * (Optional: ITIL preferred) ## Description The Senior Analyst will act as a key liaison between operational teams, engineering, and Information Security/GRC functions, translating enterprise standards into consistent, audit-ready execution.
