## Description

* Vor-Ort-Support beim Go-Live: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle (First-Level) für alle Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen oder Fehlermeldungen zur neuen Fiori-Oberfläche
 * Prozess-Training: Du schulst die Teams im Innendienst und der Logistik praxisnah im Umgang mit den für den Lebensmittelgroßhandel relevanten Fiori-Apps
 * Schnittstelle zur Zentral-IT: Du nimmst Systemfehler oder Anpassungswünsche strukturiert auf, dokumentierst sie im Ticket-System und koordinierst die Lösung mit unserem zentralen SAP-Projektteam
 * Berechtigungs- & Rollenpflege: Du stellst sicher, dass jeder Mitarbeiter (vom Vertrieb bis zur Rampe) genau die Kacheln und Berechtigungen auf seinem Bildschirm hat, die er braucht
 * Am Standort: Wien
