Leadership * Leads projects with notable risk and complexity; develops the strategy for project execution Problem Solving * Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business; requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions Communication Skills * Effective in both verbal and written communication * Presentation in diversified business environments Impact * Impacts the achievement of program, operational and customers objectives; work is guided by functional policies Interpersonal Skills * Strong interpersonal skills and being able to communicate difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience * 7 - 10 years in high tech/industrial sectors with at least 3-year experience in program/project management. * Prior work experience in Quality, Quality Management Systems, Quality Audit/Assessment preferred. ## Description * Manages multiple programs/projects to lead cross function team efforts to improve the quality performance of companies within Applied's global supply chain. * Develops project plans and oversees from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes, and resources. Ensures objectives are clearly defined and agreed to across cross functional teams. * Leads cross functional teams to achieve performance objectives for programs and initiatives. Interfaces and coordinates with internal customers.
