(Lenel, Verint, Biometrics) * Strong communications skills. * Basic knowledge and understanding of emergency procedures and handling emergency situations * Experience in crisis management communications Job Expectations: * Physical presence at the assigned Security Response Center is required and each employe in this role must work onsite at the location posted or other assigned office. * Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled * Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays ## Description * Supervise varying levels of professionals in consulting and risk-based security products and services based on defined protocols, tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance Corporate Security * Identify opportunities for developing, recommending, and implementing physical security equipment standards and policies to minimize the associated risks of criminal incidents against company assets, team members, or customers * Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to coordination, installation, upgrade, conversion or servicing of alarm systems, access controls, cameras and all other types of physical security equipment under direction of Corporate Security management * Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements * Collaborate and consult with Vendors, Colleagues and managers * Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security * Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff, Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions.
