This individual will work closely with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and Release Train Engineers to establish scalable Jira frameworks, develop meaningful dashboards and reporting solutions, and support critical engineering change initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, analytical, and comfortable owning projects from concept through execution. This role is less focused on traditional Scrum Master responsibilities and more centered around DevOps operations, Jira administration, reporting strategy, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
