## About the Role

* -Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of experience with Bachelor's degree, 0 years of experience with Master's degree.
 * Must be a US Citizen with an Active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
 * Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs
 * 2 years' experience with C/C++, Java, object oriented design, or similar experience
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills of the English language is desired

 * 1 or more years System Safety Engineering experience
 * Experience using MIL-STD-882E or similar processes for hardware and /or software design development
 * Execute developed processes in Engineering and Manufacturing Development Phase
 * Software development or coding experience.
 * Experience using DO-178 for design development.
 * Experience developing in an Agile environment.
 * Model Based Systems Engineering experience
 * Experience developing missile flight systems software
 * Associate Safety Professional (ASP) / Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Certificate
 * Weapon System experience (Minuteman III or similar military or industry experience)
