## About the Role

* 2-3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer

 * Proficiency in Java 21+ (backend), Angular 21+ (frontend), and AWS

 * Agentic experience including hands-on coding with agents such Claude Code (preferred), OpenCode, Cursor, CoPilot, Cline

 * Judgement on when to trust agent output versus intervene

 * Ability to decompose complex work into agent-friendly tasks

 * Experience prompting LLMs for Code generation, debugging, refactoring

 * Strong preference for someone who has worked in a small-team, start-up environment without a lot of oversight * Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI)

 * RAG implementations

 * Full stack imaging development (image processing and parsing, streaming & APIs, and interactive visualization
