Preferred Qualifications * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Experience supporting audiovisual (A/V) systems and conference room technologies. * Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Intune, SCCM, or similar platforms. * Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments. * CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or other relevant technical certifications. This role supports end-user hardware, software, communication, and collaboration technologies while delivering exceptional customer service.
