This role will lead efforts to collect, document, organize, and maintain historical and contemporary program knowledge to enable mission continuity, informed decision-making, and strategic planning. The Knowledge Manager will develop and implement processes, tools, and methodologies for capturing lessons learned, preserving legacy analyses, and managing structured knowledge repositories. This position will also maintain and administer a community knowledge database, ensuring compliance with customer policies, classification guidelines, and data management best practices. As a key member of the program team, the Knowledge Manager will work closely with technical subject matter experts and mission partners to assess technical relevance, prioritize information needs, and develop high-quality reports and knowledge products. Responsibilities: * Collect, catalog, and maintain historical analyses, program data, and key artifacts. * Develop strategies, processes, and tools for storing, organizing, and sharing program knowledge. * Administer and configure a community knowledge database in alignment with customer requirements and security policies. * Collaborate with technical experts to assess data relevance and create meaningful knowledge products. * Design, recommend, and implement digital solutions to modernize knowledge repository systems. * Prepare and deliver clear, effective presentations and documentation to leadership and external stakeholders. * Introduce and promote knowledge management best practices across the program.
