The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including: * The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience * The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs * Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation * This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include ## Description As Sr. UI/UX Designer I, you'll lead the visual identity and user interface design for a mission-critical data brokerage solution, establishing the core UI, design system, and brand strategy from the ground up. You'll translate user and business requirements into high-fidelity designs, create a cohesive visual language and reusable UI components, and collaborate closely with the UX Lead, product team, and data engineers to deliver an intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experience. You'll also develop external marketing and presentation materials that promote the product and drive adoption across the mission community.
