We are looking for an experienced IT leader to oversee business systems and help strengthen technology operations for a manufacturing organization in Mira Loma, California. This role blends strategic planning with day-to-day execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys improving enterprise applications, guiding data-driven decision-making, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams. The position also provides leadership for a small systems team while remaining actively involved in administration, reporting, integrations, and continuous improvement efforts., Direct the performance, support, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise business applications to meet operational and business goals.
Lead and mentor a small team of business systems professionals, setting priorities and encouraging high-quality execution.
Work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify technology needs and deliver practical, scalable system solutions.
Oversee system administration activities, including configuration, user support, maintenance, and issue resolution.
Develop and improve reporting, analytics, and data management practices to support informed business decisions.
