## Description

* Provide support to the distribution center on systems-related issues.
 * Train team members on system functionalities.
 * Trouble-shoot system-related issues.
 * Lead day-to-day testing prioritization aligned with IT updates
 * Develop and update training materials for new functionality and updates to the system.
 * Using data analysis tools and work with the SAP team.
 * Monitor JIRA for priority and at-risk testing.
 * Assign and rebalance work across the team.
 * Ensure clear understanding of testing scope and requirements.
 * Serve as the main point of contact between the team and management.
 * Proactively identify risks and escalate with context.
 * Continuous involvement and support with departmental process improvements.
