## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
 * Strong knowledge of MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, IBM Rhapsody, etc.) and methodologies (e.g., SysML).
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and requirements.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Experience in training and mentoring team members on MBSE principles and tools.
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

 * Certifications in MBSE or related fields (e.g., INCOSE).
 * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools

## Description

At the forefront of this transformation, is Model Based Systems Engineering. The Digital Engineering Operations department is seeking a strategic and skilled Senior Advanced MBSE Solutions Engineer to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Digital Engineering, you will play a critical role in driving adoption of Model Based Systems Engineering tools and methodologies across Honeywell Aerospace

 * Architect, implement and maintain standard MBSE reference models and style guides in Cameo, including custom Meta Models and Stereotypes
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish MBSE processes and best practices.
 * Implement automations, extensions and validation checks within Cameo to enable and accelerate Systems Engineering processes.
 * Provide technical guidance and support for the use of Cameo and Model Based Systems Engineering.
 * Develop and maintain training materials and conduct workshops to educate teams on MBSE methodologies and tools.
 * Lead MBSE Community of Practice to drive adoption of MBSE
 * Develop and enable Digital Thread integrations between Cameo and other key Digital Engineering Tools (DOORS NG, Teamcenter).
 * Monitor industry trends in MBSE tools and processes and evaluate emerging SysML 2.0 tools.
