Preferred Qualifications + Experience in Microsoft Excel-based analysis and SQL + Strong organizational, multi-tasking and critical thinking skill sets are required. + Ability to story tell the findings in clear, concise way when articulating the findings of the analysis to sales, underwriting and other stakeholders. + This is a Sales team and potential client facing role, strong communication skill is a must. + Prior experience or knowledge of PBM industry or pharmaceuticals is preferred. + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines and competing priorities. + Prior experience designing, implementing, and optimizing new business processes. + Demonstrated experience using business analytics to problem solve data-driven questions. + Experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing Big Data (databases containing multiple terabytes of data) and then using it to draw relevant conclusions. + Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to various business groups. + Ability to interact with others in a collegial and professional manner and help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing to complete key tasks. An individual who joins our team will be responsible for building and maintaining business rules and processes to ensure client change requests are financially assessed before implementation. The team's primary goal is to ensure proper financial controls and improve CVS Caremark client level financial performance by placing proper controls around implementation of programs or changes to a client's benefit or formulary design.
