Hands-on experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or similar integration technologies. Expertise across one or more Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Data Cloud. Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical architecture and implementation plans. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to C-level leadership. Experience conducting architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical governance activities., * Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications. * Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential or progress toward CTA certification strongly preferred. * Experience with AI-enabled Salesforce solutions, Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud implementations. * Prior consulting experience managing multiple clients and enterprise-scale transformation programs. ## Description The Salesforce Lead Technical Architect serves as the highest-level technical authority across client engagements, responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions while leading complex enterprise implementations and integrations. This role requires a unique combination of strategic architectural vision and hands-on technical expertise. The ideal candidate will drive solution architecture across multi-cloud Salesforce environments, advise executive stakeholders, mentor technical teams, and establish best practices and governance standards. In addition to architectural leadership, this individual will actively participate in solution development, provide technical oversight, and collaborate closely with both clients and delivery teams. This is not a purely advisory or oversight position. The successful candidate will engage directly with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business objectives into technical solutions, and guide projects from concept through deployment. We are looking for a "builder's architect"-someone who can lead discovery sessions, whiteboard solutions, review and write code, troubleshoot complex issues, and confidently present technical strategies to CIOs, CTOs, and executive leadership., Enterprise Architecture & Technical Leadership * Lead end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce engagements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, and related platforms. * Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with client business objectives and Salesforce best practices. * Define and govern architecture standards including data models, automation frameworks, security models, integration strategies, and DevOps processes. * Own enterprise integration architecture involving APIs, middleware platforms (such as MuleSoft), ERP systems, marketing platforms, telephony solutions, and other third-party applications. * Establish and maintain technical governance frameworks, reusable architecture patterns, and development standards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, break down workstreams, and provide clear implementation guidance to development teams. * Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, technical assessments, and performance optimization initiatives. * Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and support deployment activities across multiple environments. Delivery Excellence * Partner closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Delivery Leaders, and Development Teams to align business requirements with technical execution. * Validate technical approaches, estimates, and level-of-effort assessments during project planning and pre-sales activities. * Ensure successful execution of projects using Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. * Monitor solution quality, scalability, performance, and security throughout the project lifecycle. * Contribute to internal accelerators, reusable frameworks, intellectual property development, and technical innovation initiatives. * Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements, AI capabilities, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Client Engagement & Advisory * Serve as a trusted technical advisor to CIOs, CTOs, business leaders, and executive stakeholders. * Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions to understand business challenges and define technical solutions. * Translate business strategies into scalable architecture roadmaps and implementation plans. * Present technical recommendations, architecture diagrams, integration strategies, and transformation roadmaps to executive audiences. * Support business development and pre-sales efforts through solution workshops, technical demonstrations, and proposal development.
