## Description

* Take ownership of the entire machine learning lifecycle, from exploratory data analysis to production pipelines and evaluation.
 * Be the first ML hire, working hands-on to shape the data-driven intelligence strategy.
 * Design pipelines, solve data problems independently, and work across data acquisition, schema design, and data preparation.
 * Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering using rapid prototyping to validate hypotheses and extract insights.
 * Enjoy maximum creative freedom, influencing architecture, tooling, and data culture.
 * Calibrate models for a diverse customer base and continuously improve model quality.
