The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience working closely with development teams, and a proven track record of implementing Agile methodologies to optimize productivity and delivery. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and is capable of balancing collaboration and assertiveness to ensure the success of our Agile teams. Scrum Master Responsibilities: * Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for 2-3 teams, ensuring adherence to Agile values, principles, and practices. * Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. * Drive the team's commitment to achieving sprint goals and maintaining a sustainable pace. * Remove obstacles, address conflicts, and manage impediments to allow the team to focus on delivering high-quality results. * Maintain and track key metrics such as team velocity and sprint burn-downs. * Mentor team members on Agile best practices and continuously refine processes for maximum efficiency. Technical Project Management: * Manage Agile projects with technical proficiency, focusing on software development lifecycles and modern Agile frameworks. * Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, resources, and risk management. * Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
