## Description

* Administer the enterprise generative AI workspace, managing license allocations, access permissions, and security settings.
 * Resolve complex technical platform escalations, prompt behaviors, model selection queries, and integration issues.
 * Coach enterprise users on advanced prompt engineering techniques, custom GPT development, and AI tools.
 * Translate complex business operational challenges into automated generative AI workflows and solution strategies.
 * Conduct enterprise-wide AI training workshops, office hours, and user enablement sessions.
 * Monitor platform usage metrics and analytics to optimize user adoption and governance compliance.
 * Author technical playbooks, tutorials, knowledge base articles, and operational troubleshooting guides.
