When working in the codebase, you leave things better than you found them. ## Description As a Senior Backend Engineer at Quo, you will spend a majority of your time coding, architecting, and owning moderate to complex components. Beyond your technical work, you may also lead a small team or a project. You might also spend time providing technical guidance, code reviews, and design and delivering on small/medium size projects end-to-end. Potential areas of focus include: * Leveraging AI and advanced technologies to help customers manage and derive insights from their data, optimizing the customer onboarding experience. * Empowering users to independently set up, manage, and scale their accounts with a seamless and compliant process. * Enhancing core messaging and calling features, improving customer data management, and optimizing the visibility of conversations and contacts. In any of these areas, you'll have the opportunity to tackle impactful challenges and help build scalable backend systems that will support a growing user base.
