## Description

* Develop and maintain UBuildIt software applications and tools
 * Assist with improvements to our web-based business systems
 * Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues for corporate staff
 * Provide technical support to franchise owners across the country
 * Work with APIs and software integrations between business platforms
 * Create reports, forms, automations, and workflow improvements
 * Help administer Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related services
 * Maintain company websites and assist with content and feature updates
 * Test new software features before deployment
 * Coordinate larger development projects with our software development partner
 * Research and implement new technologies, AI tools, and automation opportunities
 * Document technical procedures and assist with employee training
