Must be able to safely navigate active construction sites and work in a variety of weather conditions. ## Description Danis is a third-generation, family-owned construction manager and builder with a long history of delivering complex, high-quality projects across healthcare, higher education, commercial, and industrial markets. As an Assistant Superintendent at Danis, you'll support the day-to-day execution of a large, complex data center project in Austin. This is a hands-on, field-driven role where you'll work closely with Superintendents, trade partners, and project teams to keep work moving safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You'll take ownership of specific scopes of work-helping coordinate trades, support self-perform operations, and solve challenges in real time. This role offers strong exposure to complex building systems and is a great opportunity to continue growing into a Superintendent position.
