Education and/or Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 2-3 years of experience in a network administrative support role; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills: Working knowledge, expertise, and understanding of the principles of modern software and hardware troubleshooting. This will include an understanding of Microsoft OS and application support, Mobile device platforms, as well as audio/visual equipment and applications. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CCNA preferred, but not required. ## Description The Microsoft System Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, maintenance, patching of systems hardware and software, and related infrastructure for our Microsoft Windows based platform. This person participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. The Microsoft System Administrator ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures comply with internal and external standards and security requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (performs other duties as assigned) * Troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain, identity management on platforms using Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Domain Service. * Implement, tune, and manage network technology.
