In this role, you will develop and customize ServiceNow applications, automate workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and support ongoing platform enhancements., * 2+ years of professional experience developing within the ServiceNow platform. * Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow modules. * Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, and CSS. * Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust/Sensitive clearance.
