## About the Role

Must be authorized to work in the United States. Position is not eligible for sponsorship., We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with at least two years of hands-on development experience to join a collaborative technical team. In this role, you will develop and customize ServiceNow applications, automate workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and support ongoing platform enhancements., * 2+ years of professional experience developing within the ServiceNow platform.

 * Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow modules.
 * Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, and CSS.
 * Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.
 * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 * Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust/Sensitive clearance.

Additional Details:

 * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus.
 * Experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM), MetricBase, or MID Server configuration is preferred.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain applications and custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
 * Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
 * Configure and customize workflows, forms, service catalogs, and user interface components.
 * Develop integrations with internal and third-party systems using REST and SOAP web services.
 * Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
 * Follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices to ensure maintainable, high-quality code.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
 * Document system configurations, enhancements, and technical processes.
 * Stay current on new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend platform improvements.
