## About the Role

* 6-8 years of total work experience
 * At least 4+ years of relevant experience in developing applications with JavaScript/TypeScript
 * Should have at least 2 years of experience with Node.JS
 * Strong experience working with relational databases, data warehouses, and reporting databases, including data modeling, data integration, and performance optimization
 * Experience of designing loosely coupled, service oriented systems
 * Excellent understanding of object oriented design principles
 * Should have proven track record of coaching teams on technical aspects
 * Should be able to understand technical roadmap of the project and feel passionate about leading team on it
 * Exposure to GraphQL & Kafka would be an additional advantage

Professional Skills:

 * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
 * Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment
 * Should possess time management skills and should be able to work under serious deadlines

## Description

We are seeking Technical Lead who thinks outside the box and can push the limits. Someone who cares about the quality of code and who is passionate about providing the best solution to meet the client's needs and anticipate their future needs based on a understanding of the market. Someone who understands different programming languages and has an ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment. Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements and has experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements. You will be involved in every step of the development till we push apps out of the door.
