## About the Role

* Detect, diagnose and resolve or escalate system issues arising within the system architecture including system hardware, storage hardware, operating systems, as well as commercial off the shelf and vendor applications.
 * Experience in Linux .
 * Monitor and report system security, performance and events utilizing system monitoring tools.
 * Apply patches and updates to infrastructure components during maintenance releases as required.
 * Prioritizes work assignments; responds to and resolves issues requests via a ticketing system.
