We conduct valuation for tax purposes, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), litigation, bankruptcy, and risk management. Additionally, we support audit processes with fair value measurements. Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or another business majors * 1+ years of financial analysis experience * 2+ years of experience working for a Consulting Firm or equivalent industry experience specifically working in data and financial modeling, strategic planning, managing client relationships, creating, and delivering client service work that exceeds client expectations, communicating (both written and oral) and presenting complex technical issues to non-technical staff * 1+ years of experience in Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Python, SQL, or similar tools to build finance-led models and analytics * Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: * Progress toward CPA, CFA, or other equivalent designation ## Description Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions (S&T) team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives.
