## About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, trustworthy long-term partner to help us grow!

 * Must be willing to learn new systems and apps
 * Strong writing and organization skills and detail oriented
 * Strong communication skills - able to write with a conversational style
 * Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and Outlook, in particular)
 * Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
 * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
 * Pass background checks and reference requests
 * Must be based in the Orange county area for in office and occasional in-person projects

A plus but not required

 * Canva, Graphics, Sales and/or Social Media experience
 * Experience working in an office/remote environment, * High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

 * Professional Writing: 1 year (Preferred)
 * Working in an office environment: 2 years (Required)

## Description

We are looking for a special someone to serve as a "fractional" admin/ business development/ sales assistant for a small consulting and service businesses. If you like working with people, learning new things, enjoy a small office entrepreneur environment, working with our corporate and small business clients, and learning about Cyber, AI , and Technology, this is the job for you!, Activities

 * Support, create and monitor business development activities
 * Assist with proposals and projects
 * Support creation of online courses
 * Correspondence with clients
 * Respond to customer service inquiries and field calls to toll-free number (currently a very low volume)
 * Research potential clients and websites for new projects. Public and Gov't
 * Admin and ordering office supplies and other items for client projects
 * Maintain calendar, plan online meetings and take detailed notes
 * Represent our company virtually and in person meetings locally
 * Update our CRM systems to organize contacts
 * Process documentation as needed (leasing, certificates, insurance, compliance, etc.)
 * Provide other administrative support and support the team as needed
