Preferred Qualifications * Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM is preferred but not required. * Exposure to Benefits administration and other HR functional areas is a plus. * Experience supporting HR system implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives. * Familiarity with HR reporting, SQL queries, or reporting tools is beneficial. * Experience creating training documentation and facilitating user adoption efforts. ## Description We are seeking a hands-on HRIS Business Analyst / HR Technology Generalist to provide functional and technical support across HR systems during a period of increased project activity. This individual will partner closely with HR stakeholders and IT to support system enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, document business processes, and assist with ongoing HR technology initiatives.
