The Executive Director will oversee teams of data scientists working in product pods side-by-side with data engineering, product management, and design. The mission of these teams is to monitor the performance of operational systems, identify gaps and detect anomalies, and enhance them using advanced analytics and ML/AI. This leader will operate at the intersection of analytics, business strategy, and product management, partnering closely with senior executives to identify, prioritize, and deliver the highest-value opportunities. This role requires a hands-on, execution-oriented leader who can step in on day one, quickly assess opportunities, and drive measurable business impact.
