## Description

* Manage technical intake, track issues, reset passwords, handle account lockouts, and assist users with VPN access.
 * Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware (Cisco switches and Cisco Firepower security appliances).
 * Document and manage VLANs, subnets, port assignments, and IP address spaces (IPv4 and IPv6) across a 10 Gbps fiber link.
 * Monitor and audit device logs, assist with vulnerability remediation, respond to zero-day threats within 24 hours, and conduct account reviews.
 * Maintain accurate software and hardware inventories, monitoring for End-of-Life (EOL) or End-of-Support (EOS) notices.
