## Description

We are hiring three IT Support Specialists to join our team This is a fully on-site role supporting daily operations and serving as the face of IT for the facility., * Provide Windows 11 support and troubleshooting

 * Offer MacOS support (preferred but not required)
 * Deliver mobile device support for Android, iOS, and Zebra handheld scanners/printers
 * Act as the primary IT contact for DC staff, ensuring excellent customer service
 * Assist with audio/visual setup in conference rooms
 * Participate in on-call rotations as structured
