The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office or virtual environment. The associate is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. ## Description We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to support the testing and validation of our Oracle APEX applications and SQL-based solutions. The person in this role will design and execute test cases, document and track defects, prepare user documentation based on use cases, and work closely with developers and business users to ensure high quality, reliable, and user-friendly systems. Additionally, associate will be expected to resolve tickets as assigned., * Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Oracle APEX applications and related SQL components. * Design, maintain, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements and use cases. * Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers and sales ops coordinators to resolve issues in a timely manner. * Use Jira to log, prioritize, and monitor bugs, test tasks, and testing progress. * Validate SQL queries, stored procedures, and data flows to ensure accuracy and performance. * Prepare clear and practical user manuals and guides based on defined use cases to support end users. * Participate in reviews of requirements, specifications, and designs to provide feedback from a QA perspective. * Resolve tickets from our CPQ/CMS as assigned by our sales ops coordinators., The associate will work in a hybrid fashion between a typical office environment and a remote home office. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The associate will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, data base management, email, video conferencing and the Internet. The associate is frequently required to use a calculator; fax, copy machine, and phone system. The associate must occasionally use media equipment such as an overhead projector, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
