## Description

* Independently draft, review, summarize, and interpret a wide variety of commercial contracts and other legal documents, including sales agreements, non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, and amendments.
 * Serve as a day-to-day legal partner to sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
 * Identify, assess, and communicate legal risks and propose practical, business-oriented solutions.
 * Support and, where appropriate, independently handle discrete contract negotiations with mentorship from senior counsel.
 * Identify complex or ambiguous issues requiring escalation and seek guidance from senior attorneys.
 * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align legal guidance with commercial objectives.
 * Support contract lifecycle processes, including approvals, execution, records management, and serving as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries.
 * Serve as a resource for contract management systems and contribute to process improvements, reporting, and data-driven insights.
 * Work with marketing teams to review marketing materials for legal and regulatory compliance.
 * Review and update templates, processes, and trainings.
 * Artificial Intelligence enablement: Use, enable, and improve AI platforms and tools (like CLM) to streamline workflows and automate processes.
