Experience Required: * Minimum of three (3) year of experience in desktop support, computer deployment, technical support, or related IT field OR * An equivalent combination of education and related technical experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position Experience Preferred * Experience participating in large-scale PC refresh or deployment initiatives * Experience providing onsite technical support in enterprise, government, or public sector environments * Experience working directly with end users in customer-facing technical support roles. Education Required: * High School Diploma or GED * Other Requirements: * Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona driver's license at the time of hire ## Description * Temporary technical staff are needed to support a large-scale Desktop Refresh Program for the Judicial Branch. * Technicians will assist with deployment and replacement of desktop and laptop computers at Judicial Branch facilities throughout County. * Responsibilities include imaging systems, workstation setup, peripheral installation, hardware replacement, basic troubleshooting, inventory tracking, and customer support during deployment activities.
