## About the Role

We are hiring a detail-oriented Data & Systems Coordinator to support data management, reporting, and system implementation activities for a growing organization. This temporary role is ideal for candidates with strong Excel skills, data entry experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., * High school diploma required; degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred

 * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivots, formatting, and reporting
 * Experience with HRIS, EHS, ERP, or similar business systems preferred
 * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines
 * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

## Description

In this role, you will support cross-functional teams by maintaining accurate data, preparing reports, troubleshooting formatting issues, and assisting with system setup and process improvements. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable handling confidential information., * Download, compile, validate, and distribute data reports and extracts

 * Perform high-volume data entry, updates, and record maintenance
 * Reconcile records, identify discrepancies, and support corrective actions
 * Create and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, trackers, and reports
 * Support system implementations, testing, user setup, and data loads
 * Maintain audit-ready documentation, logs, and version control records
 * Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely data processing
