Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Information Technology Network Engineer III (Network Management) * - **Company:** FGS, LLC - **Location:** Tampa, FL, United States - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** VoIP, Computer Networks, Data Centers, Network Administration, Wide Area Networks, Information Technology, Cisco - **Published:** May 20, 2026 - **Apply:** https://dejobs.org/x/x/B9108451F94E48B2A0D50EE73E5B4518/job/ ## About the Role * DoD IAT Level 1 or above (or SEC+); NET+ Voice/Video Network Certification (preferably CISCO) * 8+ years' experience in service IT Networking MOS and voice, video, local and wide area networks, VoIP, and VTC * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must be willing to work hours scheduled between the hours of 0600 - 1800 Mon - Fri, and must arrange for contractor team support every Thu from 1900 - 2300 * Current passport and be willing to travel and work OCONUS Education Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent, * Must be able to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods. * Occasional standing while working in server rooms or at patch panels. * Must be able to lift and move moderately heavy equipment (e.g., routers, switches, servers) typically up to 30-50 pounds. * Manual Dexterity required for connecting cables, configuring devices, and handling small tools or components. * Must be able to view computer screens for long periods. * Ability to distinguish color-coded cabling and indicator lights. * Must be able to climb ladders or crawl in tight spaces for cable runs or equipment installation. * May require walking between different buildings or workstations. * Must be able to communicate clearly with technical teams and end-users. * May need to hear alarms, server beeps, or equipment noises indicating issues ## Description Assist with the design and implementation of upgrades for MARCENT voice, video, LAN/WAN networks. Maintain equipment for VoIP and video conferencing. Recommend and integrate new technologies. Optimize data center infrastructure.
