The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical depth, market awareness, and a proven ability to translate client needs into scalable, profitable services., + Proven experience leading Telecommunications Cabling Infrastructure design initiatives within complex campus environments (e.g., data centers, healthcare, higher education). + Demonstrated success in building client relationships and growing a book of business. + Strong understanding of outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) pathway systems, structured cabling design, and network infrastructure. + Experience leading design teams and managing large-scale programs. + Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically. + Strong communication, leadership, and business acumen.
